• Responsible for the overall management of the Department of Logistics, responsible for the development of departmental work priorities and plans, responsible for the convening of departmental work meetings; according to the company's development trends promptly to find the work the existing problems, and developing solutions to countermeasures;
• Confirm whether the preparation of the production plan is reasonable, and effectively supervise the production implementation; 100% to meet the customer's normal and non-normal schedule;
• Confirmation of material requisition plan;
• Rigorous tracking of the procurement processing of exception information in the system;
• Responsible for confirming the solution to produce tight parts to meet customer requirements;
• Effective control of material inventory, to ensure that the amount of inventory is less than the company's target value;
• Responsible for participating in the operation and management of MRP Ⅱ, signing the documents of abnormal adjustment plan in the system, and supervising the maintenance and verification of system data;
• Participate in the daily delivery follow-up and management of factory direct sourcing suppliers, monthly accounting and invoicing;
• Responsible for the recruitment and assessment of personnel under the Department of Logistics, the right to adjust the work of the department's personnel, the establishment of the assessment system, and according to the performance of the work of awards and processing;
• by TS/16949, EHS standards to guide the work, to ensure that all work in line with the quality system requirements.

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics management;
• Experience in automotive parts and other industries is preferred;
• Ability to lead a team.
