• Handle the recruitment work of JAH and assist business departments in personnel allocation and recruitment;
• Understand local employment policies and establish cooperative relationships with local government departments, industry associations or other institutions;
• Provide support for the development of the team. Apply professional theories, methods and tools to offer comprehensive solutions for the business team, covering human resources work such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations;
• Salary negotiable upon interview.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more experience in human resources management;
• Must be proficient in either Chinese or English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, Chinese is preferred;
• Be familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations;
• Possess strong communication and leadership skills, be self-motivated, have strong thinking ability, be serious and responsible, be approachable, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company's rapid development.
