Responsibilities:

• Source raw materials, components, and services in compliance with technical and quality specifications.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Perform cost analysis to identify potential savings and ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement.
• Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Address and resolve supply chain issues, including delays, shortages, and supplier disputes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to align procurement activities with project goals.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or a related field).
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive prices and favorable terms with suppliers.
• Fluency in Chinese is required; additional languages (e.g., English, or others based on the company’s region) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for supplier visits, audits, and vendor negotiations when required.
